What is Included?  What to Bring?

What is provided for you in your Barn:

• All bed linen (cot sheet but not bedding) – all beds made up on arrival with bed linen, duvets and two pillows per person
• One bath towel and one hand towel per adult/child. (Beach Towels are available for an additional charge)
• Hairdryer
• Iron and ironing board (for Sea View these are in the Laundry Room which you are welcome to borrow for your stay if you wish)
• Toilet rolls (2 per toilet)
• Hand soap
• Tea towels, oven cloth, apron, kitchen hand towel, washing up cloth, scourer, pedal bin liner, recycling and bin bags
• Dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid & multi surface cleaning detergent
• Welcome Pack consisting of tea, coffee & sugar sticks, biscuits & milk
• Salt and Pepper
• Fully equipped kitchens with oven/hob/microwave/fridge freezer/dishwasher & washing machine
• Tumble Dryers are located in the communal Laundry Room for your use
• Child locks are fitted in our kitchens
• Toaster, Kettle, Cafetiere, Filter Coffee Machine (filter papers are provided) & Tea Pot
• All crockery, pans, oven/roasting trays, cutlery and glassware
• Log supply (October - March), some kindling and matches for the Log Burners (please note that there is an additional charge for coal)
• Outside washing line
• BBQ (please note you will need to bring your own briquettes or we can provide them for an additional charge during May-September)

Other Items:

The following items are available for your use during your stay at no additional cost but if you do require any of these please kindly let us know prior to arrival so that we can have them ready for in your barn.

• Dog Crate (please advise us of the breed of dog or size of crate required)
• Plastic Dog Bed (please advise us of the breed of dog or size of crate required)
• Travel Cot (comes with cot sheet but no bedding)
• High-Chair
• Stairgates
• Plastic rubber bath mat
• Children’s plastic plates and cutlery

Items you need to bring with you:

• Extra toilet rolls
• Washing powder and fabric conditioner
• Beach towels (we can provide these for an additional charge)
• Cot bedding (if required)
• Toiletries
• Groceries –Sainsburys, Waitrose, Asda, Tesco all deliver direct to your barn
• Condiments for cooking – oil, herbs etc.

Items we can provide for an additional charge:

• BBQ Briquettes (May - September)
• Coal for the log burner (October to March)
• Beach Towels
• Extra Towels

Staying longer than a week?

If you are staying for longer than one week, we can provide a housekeeping service which will include changing your bed linen after one week and provide fresh towels, bath mat, tea-towels. Please advise us if this is required.

If you are only staying for one week or a short break, we do not change your bedding or provide fresh towels. However, should you require a change of bedding due to an ‘accident’ this will gladly be provided, free of charge, upon request. We do however reserve the right to make an extra charge should there be more than one ‘accident’ during your stay.

We can also provide a mid-week or mid-stay towel change for an additional charge.
