Booking Information

Please note that we use Beyond Dynamic Pricing which is a company that monitors the market and automatically increases or decreases the price of the properties based on historical and real-time data, which is all done on a daily basis. Therefore the prices are likely to change.

• During Peak Holiday Season we only offer weekly bookings on a Saturday to Saturday (Sea View & The Stable) Friday to Friday (Swallows Nest) basis. At other times we may offer short stays. 

• If you are staying with us and wish to extend your stay (subject to availability) then kindly contact us direct for a price.

• A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking with the balancing 75% payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

• You are advised to read the Booking Terms and Conditions prior to booking. 

• We strongly recommend that you take out an appropriate travel insurance policy before placing your Booking Reservation. When booking direct with us via our website you will be given the option to purchase third party travel insurance via XCover (we receive no commission or referral fee).

• We are fully compliant with all necessary regulations, including fire safety, PAT testing, EICRs etc., We have commercial insurance and public liability for your peace of mind.

• We are a member of PASC UK (The Professional Association of Self Caters UK).
