Booking Information

Please note that we use Beyond Dynamic Pricing which is a company that monitors the market and automatically increases or decreases the price of the properties based on historical and real-time data, which is all done on a daily basis. Therefore the prices are likely to change.

• During Peak Holiday Season we only offer weekly bookings on a Saturday to Saturday (Sea View & The Stable) Friday to Friday (Swallows Nest) basis. At other times we may offer short stays. 

• If you are staying with us and wish to extend your stay (subject to availability) then kindly contact us direct for a price.

• A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking with the balancing 75% payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. 

• You are advised to read the Booking Terms and Conditions prior to booking.

• We are fully compliant with all necessary regulations, including fire safety, PAT testing, EICRs etc., We have commercial insurance and public liability for your peace of mind.

• We are a member of PASC UK (The Professional Association of Self Caters UK).
