House Rules

 


You are advised to read this before booking


These apply to all properties (Sea View, Swallows Nest & The Stable)



Whilst using the Property, please adhere to the following House Rules:

 

  • Children: Do not allow your children in the Laundry Room. Please do not leave any member of your Group who is under the age of 18 years unsupervised during your stay.

 

  • Pets: must not be left alone at the Property (either inside or outside) without prior agreement. If we agree to pets being left alone inside the property they must be crated. We would kindly ask that in communal areas you keep your dog on a lead to respect other residents/guests, their pets and farm animals.

 

  • Neighbours: We ask you to kindly consider other guests/neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level, especially between the hours of 11pm and 8am.

 

  • Fences: Please do not allow children (or any member of your Group) to climb on or over any of the fences or walls at the Property or in the communal area.

 

  • Drones: To respect the privacy of other guests, residents, and neighbours we politely ask that you do not fly drones or unmanned vehicles on or from the property.

 

  • Safety: The Property is a non-smoking property and this includes e-cigarettes and vapes. Fire risks, including but not limited to, candles, firepits, fireworks and lanterns, are not permitted at the Property.

 

  • You are not permitted to use domestic power sockets to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle, including electric bikes and scooters. Please see our separate Electrical Vehicle Charging Policy on our website.

 

  • For safety and insurance reasons only the booking Group can use or stay in the Property. Overnight visitors are not permitted. You and your Group must not exceed (at any time) the number of sleeping places.

  • Streaming Apps (Amazon, Netflix etc): If you log into streaming services, it is your responsibility to log out before checking out. We cannot be responsible for misuse of your streaming account if you fail to log out and we are unable to provide the service of logging out if you forget to do so. If you forget to log out you will need to access your account from a browser and sign out of all devices.

 

  • Damage:  Any damage, such as breakages, will incur as charge. Lost keys will also incur a charge of £25 per key.
